Oswego farm in New York State is the only cranberry farm of its kind. Plants are never submerged by water!
The challenge to meet is huge: to produce and to harvest cranberries in unconventional bogs. Cranberry plants cover the surface of field in similar ways as strawberry plants in a strawberry field, no ditches. Some acres are even planted on slightly rolling lands.
